Shipping & Returns
We gladly accept returns & exchanges (with few limitations).
We recommend trying on all items from your order before washing to ensure they fit.
- Our return policy is limited to 10 days within purchase. If 10 days have passed, we accept
exchanges only & return not honored. The return postmark must be postmarked within 10 days
of delivery in order to receive refund.
- To be eligible for return/exchange, items must be:
- unused with the original tags and packaging.
- Free of stains, odors, animal hair and damage.
- All “Final or Sale” items are not applicable for returns or exchanges.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping.
- Returns over $100 will be issued a store credit and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
For exchanges please email us at info@A-Ginn.com to make sure we have your item and size in stock, due to limited quantities. If we can’t accommodate your exchange, we will gladly refund if it meets the return policy.
A-Ginn Childrens Clothing is not responsible for lost or untraceable returns or exchanges. We recommend you use a trackable delivery service to protect your return/exchange.
